Absolutely outstanding service - I emailed prior to my wedding to book a visit and had a reply from Gerri who was extremely helpful. I was anxious about not being a size 8/10 and felt worried about not fitting in anything or not looking good. I was reassured by Gerri and actually made to feel very at ease. On arriving at my appointment we discussed different dresses and tried on various styles and trusting her completely allowed me to find a truly jaw-dropping dress. It was then custom made and my god is it beautiful. I got married in Mexico and it looked beautiful in both the beach and indoor photos AND I am wearing it again for a home do.5 star service, beautiful people/owners and stunning dresses, support/kindness/patience and a love for what they do just made this whole experience perfect. Cannot recommend enough.

Random visit to this beautiful little shop found me my perfect wedding dress! It was unique in every way and the ladies did a wonderful job at fitting it to suit me perfectly. Have to hold back from wearing mine to other special/fancy events!

I was quite nervous coming in to find my wedding dress but the nerves quickly turned into excitement when I stepped into forget me not designs ! Gerry and Katrina are such a lovely friendly team and they made me feel so comfortable…they actually chose my dress for me! The fact that your dress is made specially to fit you and you only makes the experience that much more special ! I loved every step of the process! And everyone absolutely loved the dress…definitely 100% recommend !

I was really nervous about going to bridal boutiques as I am young and my mom was back in America when I was looking for a dress. I had no experience shopping in bridal boutiques and I found Laura from a review online. Laura immediately made me feel comfortable and gave me guidance while finding my dress. Bristol Bridal Boutique was the first and only place I went to to find my dress. I found the most unique wedding dress and fell in love. Everyone at my wedding commented on how much they loved my dress and they said they had never seen one like it. If you want a comfortable, warm experience while finding your wedding dress, go here. I had such a great experience with Laura at her studio and can't recommend it enough to any brides searching for their dream dress. I had looked in a number of bridal shops before Laura's and hadn't found anything I liked. Laura has such a gorgeous range of dresses that were different to anything else I saw in other stores. Laura made me and my Mum feel instantly at ease and as a result the experience was such a pleasure from start to finish. She was extremely patient and helpful throughout and helped me find a beautiful Charlie Brear dress that I'm so excited to wear on my wedding day. The whole process was seamless, I am so grateful that I found Laura's studio online as no other bridal store experience came close. Although I never actually came to them in person Forget Me Not Designs made my dress for me and I felt and looked incredible. When I emailed them they always got straight back to me and were always very supportive and friendly. My Dress was PERFECT in every single way. I want to wear it again! Thank you Ladies.

Fabulous in every way. I really cannot thank Gerry and Katrina enough for my perfect dress!I was beginning to loose hope of ever finding my dress before I had my appointment at Forget Me Not Designs. Other wedding shops I had visited near my home kept telling me that I was too late in my search (a year in advance of my wedding), that I needed to compromise and even one told me I was wrong and my dream wasn’t my dream dress.When I walked into Forget Me Not it was a breath of fresh air. The dresses were all gorgeous although none sadly were quite right... not a problem I was told- what do you want and we will make it. Hearing that nearly reduced me to tears, as it was the first bit of real hope I had and turned my experiences around.My dress was lovingly made for me to be my dream and fit me as I wanted. I loved whenever any one asked me if I was worried about the dress fitting to tell them- no because it’s going to be perfect and unique for me.I chose a full length version of their gorgeous Reubens dress, without a train and with an added beaded belt, it hung just off the ground so I could walk and dance- and the material was exactly as I wanted.The service, the finished dress and the price could never have been beaten.Added to that once I had worn it we had it cleaned and they boxed it for us in a beautiful keep sake box.Thank you both from the bottom of my heart.

Laura was extremely kind and welcoming and has created a very relaxed environment. She has a beautiful selection of sample dresses, all very good quality and amazing service all round …would highly recommend
